You are looking at a pair of Tommy Hilfiger sandals for boys, size 5M. These shoes were only worn a few times, mostly at the beach. The left sandals needs to be washed as there is some sand on that shoe. They have velcro around the back of the sandal and the top part is mesh that stays fitted to your little ones foot nicely!
