Emails here at Ritter’s Fashions are answered by a staff of people that only have so much time in the day (as you can imagine) so we try to get to them all and indeed we are pretty good about it but we ask for your patience as we only answer them Monday-Friday 9AM-5:PM . Please allow at least 24 hours M-F for your email response. We ship using standard USPS services.We are constantly growing and developing new systems and have a few restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause. We only ship USPS service and this usually takes between 2-5 business days depending on where you live. We will ship to apo/fpo address, If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the shipping service and contact us immediately for further instructions. Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carriers' web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. RETURNS
Because of the special price or discount you receive, we only sell an item once. Like all returns facilities, all sales are final. We only accept returns if we shipped you the wrong item or misrepresented it . In this case, please contact us within 48 hours and we will try and resolve as best as possible. Ritter’s Fashions is not responsible for the return shipping on any item. We reserve the right to replace before refund. If it is determined that we have made a mistake then we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the listing will be replaced/refunded in its entirety when the item arrives back here for inspection. All returns must have a rma number on the outside of the package, items received without an rma number will be ignored.

Our Inspection department are dedicated to making sure that the inspection evaluation is done correctly, however the items that are inspected can get off our hands and miss it. so we apologize and ask you to be consider contacting us before leaving your feedback.
FEEDBACK AND FINALIZING THE BID
We leave positive feedback for all that do the same for us. EBay charges us a fee for every listing. After 10 days we are forced to issue a non-paying bidder alert and let eBay know that the item was never paid for. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was taken. We have no intention of leaving a negative feedback for anyone but our system absolutely will follow all the way through and leave a non-paying-bidder mark on whatever account is in question.
