This item is a Jordache Brand suspender, its elastic and the measurements are 38 inches in length and one inch wide. They are elastic and are in excellent condition. They're no new, but show little sign of wear. The size adjustors work well as do the snap clamps. The only leather is red on the outside and pain leather on the inside. I see a slight amount of tarnish that will remove on the metal adjustors. If these fit you the price is right!
