Returns due to my error
* Once in awhile I may make a mistake upon item inspection. If you find the measurements are several inches off, or if you find a hole, tear or snag that was not identified in the item description I would be happy to take a return. I’ll pay to have the item shipped back to me but the original shipping costs may not be refunded.
Other returns
If you receive your item and it does not fit I will still try to work with you on a return. If the return is awarded, you, the customer must cover all the shipping costs (I require returns to have shipping insurance), eBay and pay pal fees. I won’t charge you for my time only the loss that I would incur on the item. The refund is given only after the item gets back to me and I have inspected it to make sure it is in its original state (if there were tags that they are still intact. Item is not damaged etc) I would love to take all returns and pay all costs but unfortunately there are some people in the world who are dishonest. My income is too small for me to be able to provide the kind of return policy services found at designer and department stores. So please if you are unsure about an item ask questions before I ship so that we can make sure you will be happy with your item!
Shipping Options
I ship USPS first class, Priority mail; Express mail, Media Mail, and parcel post. Please note USPS standard shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. First Class, Media Mail and Parcel Post will sometimes require a trip to the post office resulting in a handling time (1 – 4 days). These methods of shipping keep customer costs lower! If you need your item fast I highly recommend Priority or express mail! Once the item is shipped I no longer have control over its destiny. USPS insurance is optional and certainly recommended.
International Orders
I do offer USPS first class international although the handling time is longer (up to one week). If you want it fast request USPS first class Priority or Express mail. International customers are responsible for any additional post office fees for their shipment.
Feedback
I will send feedback upon receipt of payment. Once you receive your item if you are satisfied with your purchase please send me feedback so that I know you have received your item and you are pleased. If there is a problem with your order please send me a message and we can work together to resolve the problem.
