All items come from a SMOKE FREE home, and will typically ship out within 24 hours of payment. 

Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close.  If I do not hear from you within those 5 days, I will put through an unpaid item dispute with eBay, re-list the item and leave negative feedback. 

I have over 99% positive feedback, so bid with confidence.  If you have any questions or would like to see additional pictures, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will get back to you within 12 hours.

Now for the not-so-friendly business "fine print"...I list my items as honestly as possible with as much description as I feel denotes the items being put up for bid.  If it was something that I would not purchase for myself, I will not list it, and will donate it to Goodwill.  But understand, everything I state is MY HONEST opinion and note that your opinion may differ from mine. 

Also note that my shipping and handling charges ARE WHAT THEY ARE...it is simple really, if you don't like it - DON'T BID and PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't tell me about your problem with it - I really don't have time to hear about it!

AND while on the subject of shipping....once the item(s) have been mailed, I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM!!!  If you are concerned, please ask for insurance when the item ships - this is ALWAYS an option at an additional charge.  Once the items are in the post office's hands, THEY ARE NO LONGER MY RESPONSIBILITY - if you have a problem with this - DO NOT BID ON MY ITEMS!
