Color Discrepancy.
We all interpret
colors differently. If you have any questions about the color of an
item, please ask before bidding. Also keep in mind that the camera
flash generally makes colors appear lighter than they actually are.
Also colors such as red, royal blue, royal purple, etc. are almost
impossible to accurately represent in a photo.

Tag size discrepancy.
We take extreme care
while measuring each and every item for you. We clearly state the
exact measurements of the item in every listing.....and the exact
measurements are what you need to go by. To put it bluntly, we
don't care what size the tag says....tag sizes are irrelevant
because they vary drastically from maker to maker and thus are
highly unreliable! If you have any questions on how to determine
your size, please ask before bidding!

Dry Cleaning.
Most of the items we
sell are previously owned items....most likely, they've been worn
and may need to be dry cleaned. By bidding on our items, you accept
the responsibility of having the items dry cleaned if need be.
Things
like a loose button or minor discoloration of the lining are not
considered mentionable flaws…again, keep in mind that you are not
purchasing new items from a department store…you are purchasing
excellent quality, previously owned designer items at a fraction of
what you would pay else where!!
You agree to all terms above when you bid on any of our items....so,
please read them carefully.

Shipping Information

items sold. We pack and ship our items professionally to
ensure each item you buy from us arrives safely and in the
listed condition. Our items are shipped via USPS Priority
Mail unless otherwise specified. Please check the shipping calculator in the body
of this auction to obtain an accurate shipping cost
associated with this item based on your zip code. If the
listing does not include a shipping calculator, it will
clearly state the flat rate amount or indicate it is for
Local Pickup. All shipping prices include a standard
handling fee that includes the cost of all packaging
materials. Items are typically shipped within 1 business
day of receipt or clearing of payment. You will be notified by email
when your item has been shipped.
Buyer
Pays Shipping unless otherwise noted in the listing.
We discount the S&H charge for
multiple items shipped. Every time an auction ends a
invoice is generated and sent to the winning Bidder. If
that Bidder has won another auction within the last 4 days
and not yet paid for the item, a revised Combined Invoice
is generated and sent to the winning Bidder with the S&H
charge discounted. Depending on the size and weight of all
the items shipped, this discount can vary, but typically
you will save $4.05 on each additional item above 3
purchased.
If you pay by PayPal, and your shipping
address is different than your confirmed address in PayPal,
you must email us directly to let us know of the requested
change. We will email you back to accept it, otherwise
your item will be sent to your confirmed PayPal address.
Local pickups are subject
to sales tax and a $5.00 handling fee per item. |
