Delightful Red and White Crinkle Cotton made into another of my favorite ruffled pants set.
Shirred bodice on the top with a single ruffle at the hem.
The top has a single strap that ties behind the neck.
It measures 8 1/2" from underarm to hem.
The ruffled pants have a waist of 17"-26"
The inseam on the pants is 15".
