Registered post is available for this item, if this item is not sent registered Classy Couture is not liable for any loss, theft or damage of the item in transit.
Items are despatched within 48 hrs of payment being received, please allow 3-7 business days to receive within Australia although delivery can usually be quicker depending on your location.
Purchases are posted to your ebay address it is important to ensure this is correct at time of sale.
Pickups are not possible under any circumstances.
Items are sent with Australia Post.
Weekend or after hours delivery is not available.

A 30% discount is offered on the postage of each additional item paid for at the same time at checkout. Full shipping is charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, additional items will be charged at 30% off. Please ensure you wait for all items to end and they are combined under a single ebay invoice before making payment. IMPORTANT NOTE: The discount only applies to purchase of more than 1 item and combined value of $100 or more (exc. shipping.)Consolidated items that have a weight of 20kg or more are not eligible.
It is important to check the sizing and measurements, Australian health laws prohibit the return and exchange of used underwear. Merchandise credit can be given for all other valid reasons upon the discretion of the seller. If a return is required, the item must be UNWORN and returned in the exact condition it was purchased including tags attached (if applicable) and placed in the plastic packaging it arrived in. A credit will be given on the purchase price only, not postage costs. All items are returned at the buyers cost. Please note: Postage costs both ways are to be paid by the purchaser for exchange on new/unworn items.
If you are unsure of your size please email us and we can recommend a suitable size for you. The easiest method to check the size is to measure against an item you already own. This will give you an idea of the items general sizing and fit.
