I inspect all items for damage and make every attempt to accurately describe the item to the best of my ability. Actual colors may vary due to variations in software or monitors. My knowledge of jewelry is limited... size, weight, carats etc, so all I can do is show you the pictures and describe items the best that I can. 
F F Used items are not going to be perfect. It is normal to have some wear on used items; therefore, I try to note all noticeable damage other than what I call normal wear. Refunds will not be given for minor damage caused from normal wear.
