keep costs as low as possible, we do NOT include shipping insurance
with the price of the product, or with the normal shipping price.
Shipping Insurance is important because if your item is damaged,
lost, or stolen during the shipment, we will ship you a second item,
with no additional cost to you.
If you do NOT choose the shipping insurance at the time of purchase,
you will not be covered if the shipment is lost, stolen or damaged
during shipment. You will be responsible for all charges for
replacement of the product. In these cases, you will not be eligible
for a refund.
Needless to say, it is in YOUR best interest to choose shipping insurance.
Q. I didn't purchase shipping insurance, and I have not received the
order, even though it has been shipped. Should I file a PayPal claim?
