Up for auction is a J. Crew black wool crepe size 6 jacket. We were cleaning up my wife's closet and came across this still in the J.Crew box. She bought it online in 2005, but planned on returning it because it was a regular size 6, not a petite. Since my wife is very good at procrastinating (and didn't tell me about it), she never returned it and just tucked it away in the closet. The following description from the Holiday 2004 J. Crew catalog (which I will include!) reads: Wool crepe. Our signature suiting with a subtly textured flat weave that lends a softer drape, defies wrinkles, and remembers its shape, not matter what the day brings. Fully lined. Imported. One-Button Jacket. Superior buttons. Patch pockets. Four-button cuffs. Hits at hip. This cost $198 new and it has never been worn (remember: it is a regular size 6).
