Auction Sales Policy:	Your bid is a contract - place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller (Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd) is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction, or if payment has not been received within 7 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.  All non paying bidders will be reported to eBay, negative feedback will be left and in some cases court action will be taken to recover our eBay fees.  Please be aware that we sell bankrupt stock, unless otherwise stated items are sold as unchecked.  The item(s) will be the same as, or similar to the photos in this eBay advert.  We do need 3 days notice if you are collecting the goods from our Poole, Dorset warehouse.  We endeavour to ship goods out the same week that payment has cleared.  Please be aware that this is not always possible but we will keep you informed of shipping dates.  Please note that all pictures and descriptions are the sole property of Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd, unauthorised use may result in prosecution.  All high street stock will have to be de-labelled before selling to the public.
Shipping:	Shipment will be either APC Overnight, DHL or Pallet Force.  Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of full payment.  An eBay dispatch notice will be issued the day before you receive your goods.  If you do not receive your goods within 2 working days please phone 07888 675790 or 01202 668817 to let us know.  Before goods are sent we do need your contact details i.e. home and mobile numbers. Please note: Shipments outside of Mainland England i.e. Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland are sent at a different rate. For the Shipping rates please click here   It is up to you to add the correct postage when you pay. You are more than welcome to arrange your own collection.  We will pack all goods onto pallets ready for collection.
Collections:	We do not charge any postage and packaging for collections, all we ask is that you arrange it with us first.  If you do wish to collect your item(s) please can you email three days in advance to let us know.  This is so we can prepare and pack your parcel(s)/pallet(s).
Payment Details:	PayPal - eBay's service to make fast, easy and secure payments for your eBay purchases. We will only accept PayPal if you are a registered user and we will only send to confirmed addresses. Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer Cash on Collection Cheque Bankers Draft Postal Order(s) Credit/Debit Card Payments over the phone.  Contact Karl on 07888 675790 (after auction ends)
Returns:	In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 5 days.  All returns must include all of the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and if applicable all the original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc.  Please allow 3% margin for broken or faulty goods.  Please also be aware that items received may differ slightly from those shown in the eBay advert.  Software sales are non refundable.  Please note that as soon as you have signed for or taken the goods from our warehouse we will not be responsible for breakages or shortages.  Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.  We will deduct our eBay fees plus a 10% re-stocking fee.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back to us.  All high street stock will have to be de-labelled before selling the the public.
